I've wondered and pondered this for quite a while. In my opinion I think it has to do with our expectations and unfortunately how some people get sold on starting with a company.
Unfortunately, I believe some people are set up to fail with unrealistic expectations of making a lot of money with little effort or expense involved.
In reality if you want to make a business out of it or any real income it requires learning skills and investing your time and some money to learn those skills.
It's not a difficult business to learn. It's actually a rather simple concept. I say it's simple and I mean that, but just because it is simple doesn't mean it's easy.
It's simple in the fact you don't need all the knowledge all at once and understand all the techie side of things to build a business online in order to make money. But, you do have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone and do things you may not always want to do.
There are many ways to build this business.
- You can build it the traditional way- talking to people everywhere you go
- You can build it online learning the skills of Organic reach
- You can build online learning Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc advertising.
Each of these ways are effective ways to build your business. Many people have become millionaires using one or more of these methods.
It's very difficult to be successful in any of those ways without learning the skills and having a mentor to help you navigate the entrepreneur journey. They can see what you might be missing in your communications or efforts.
Some people think they are not successful because their upline didn't help them. In reality though as an entrepreneur your success or failure is up to you. It's up to you and your determination.
This is not an overnight success. It is hard work. Not necessarily complicated but, it's not for the those who aren't willing to put in the work and stick with it.
The best thing that I have found to help with all the techie stuff, the training, the mentoring and even a solid marketing plan is being part of an Entrepreneur community.
We learn from each other, push each to be better, love on each other when we need it and help each one of us to be better humans and marketers.
If you are looking to up your game in your entrepreneur journey whether it be Network Marketing, Affiliate marketing, Realtor, Photographer or owning a Brick and Mortar store.
