There have been many mentors and trainers that I have wanted to model and be like over the years. The thing is I've met so many uber successful people and not 2 of them are alike.
Some are humble and some are extremely arrogant. Some are really creative and some not so much. I know some who have tons of energy and don't seem to need much sleep and others who are relaxed and at ease you wonder how they ever became successful.
I've discovered through all this I can't be successful being someone else. They are going to be the best at being themselves and I can only be the best at being myself.
God made me the way I am and God doesn't make mistakes. If I am going to fulfill my highest potential I have to do that by being me.
Everybody has their special superpower and when we fully lean into our superpower we will start to seeing positive progress in our careers.
All that is just the beginning because there is one thing all successful people have in common and that is taking action.
When you have an idea you have to take action on that idea for anything to come of it. How many times have you seen a product or service come out and you thought to yourself ‘I had that idea years ago!' The only difference between you and the person who developed it is they took action.
Not all successful people are incredibly intelligent. I've met many who are not extremely well read or that imaginative, but they take action daily. They don't sit on ideas or play ball and never shoot for the end zone.
One thing that has really helped me to take action every day is something I've mentioned in other posts, but it is so powerful I need to mention it here.
